Asto Offer terms

April 2021

• The term “New Customer” shall apply to a person who decides to join Coconut by signing up via getcoconut.com/asto
• They will receive their first six (6) months free and a further six (6) months at 50% off the full list price on either the Side-Hustle or Professional plan (the “Reward”)
• The New Customer must sign up before 30th June 2021 (the “Reward End Date”) to be eligible for the Reward
• Each New Customer that joins Coconut by the reward end date will be granted the Reward at the point at which their account is created
• The Reward applies to the monthly subscription fee associated with using Coconut (mobile accounting software)
• All New Customers will be upgraded to the Professional plan on sign up, and will be able to enjoy the features available on this plan for a full six (6) months, free of charge
• After this point the customer will be charged 50% of the full subscription price for the Professional plan, unless they choose to downgrade via the Customer Support team (accessible via the app) to the Side-Hustle plan
• No payment details will be taken until the end of the six (6) month free period has ended, at which point each New Customer will be asked to add payment details (payment options include: direct debit, debit or credit card) to continue their subscription
• If no payment method is setup, customers will be automatically downgraded to an inactive subscription, which may mean loss of access to certain features or services
• To be eligible to participate as a New Customer, you must:
• not already be a Coconut customer;
• use the unique link to signup - getcoconut.com/asto
• We encourage participants to check these terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the terms and to withdraw referral schemes and promotions at any time.
