Terms and Conditions – Coconut Promotional Offer, Free for Twelve Months, Exclusive to Existing Zempler Bank Customers.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the promotional offer made available by @Coconut Platform Limited (“Coconut”, “we”, “us” or “our”), which provides eligible customers of Zempler Bank with up to 12 months of free access to Coconut’s online tax software services.

This is a promotional initiative solely offered by Coconut, which is enabled through our commercial relationship with Zempler Bank. Zempler Bank is not the promoter of this offer.

By participating in this promotion, you (“you”, “your” or “the customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this Coconut promotional offer, you must meet all the following conditions:

1.1 You must be an existing customer with a business bank account with Zempler Bank

1.2 You must not already have an existing subscription in place with Coconut and have not used the Coconut software previously

1.3 You must maintain an active connection between your Zempler Bank account and the Coconut platform using the TrueLayer Open Banking integration throughout the entire promotional period.

1.4 You must access Coconut’s application process strictly via the promotional links or referral pathways provided by Zempler Bank. These links use cookies and tracking technology to confirm that your application originated from the Zempler Bank promotion. If you do not complete your Coconut subscription application through the designated links, this promotional offer will not apply and will not be honoured.

2. Offer Details

2.1 Eligible customers will receive access to Coconut’s standard software subscription service free of charge for up to twelve (12) months from the date of activation.

2.2 The free period will begin on the date your Coconut account is activated following successful verification of your Zempler Bank account.

2.3 This offer is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Coconut promotional offer unless explicitly stated.

3. Ongoing Requirements

3.1 To retain access to Coconut’s software services free of charge for the full 12-month promotional period, your Zempler Bank account must remain:

(a) Open and in good standing; and

(b) Continuously connected to Coconut through the TrueLayer feature (Open Banking integration).

3.2 If your Zempler Bank account is disconnected from Coconut at any time during the promotional period — whether due to closure, disconnection, revocation of access, or any other reason — your Coconut account will automatically revert to our standard pricing plan. You will be charged accordingly, starting from the date the disconnection occurred.

4. Disqualification and Revocation

4.1 Coconut reserves the right to revoke your eligibility for this offer if:

(a) You provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during account setup;

(b) You breach these Terms or any of Coconut’s standard terms of service;

(d) Your Zempler Bank account is disconnected from Coconut for more than 14 consecutive days.

4.2 In such cases, Coconut may immediately terminate your free access and apply standard charges without further notice.

4.3 Failure to access the Coconut application process through Zempler Bank’s authorised promotional links (as required under Clause 1.4) will render you ineligible for the offer, regardless of whether you later attempt to associate your Zempler Bank account with Coconut by other means.

5. General Provisions

5.1 Coconut reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, provided that any customer already participating in the promotion will be permitted to complete the promotional period under the original Terms, unless terminated earlier under Section 4.

5.2 Coconut and Zempler Bank operate as independent companies. Your relationship with each entity is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. This offer is facilitated by Coconut’s partnership with Zempler Bank, but is not a joint promotion.

5.3 Nothing in this promotion constitutes financial advice or a guarantee of account approval with Coconut. All accounts are subject to Coconut’s own eligibility criteria and onboarding procedures.

5.4 Any personal data collected in connection with this offer will be handled in accordance with Coconut’s and Zempler Bank’s respective Privacy Policies.
